Overview
City of Pequot Lakes, MN has not adopted the MN State Building Codes.
However, the City of Pequot Lakes's Land Use (Zoning) and Subdivision Regulations mandates the use of a land-use permit be approved for all new structures or any change in structure exterior dimensions, plumbing or number of bedrooms.
